Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNZW handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to the marketing website and user panel. Third-party payment pages and external services are subject to their own privacy policies. Account management records and network activity are separate data categories, as outlined below.

Account Data and How It Is Used

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to get started. VPNZW does not require an email address for account creation. It processes username and password authentication data to enable login, verify identity, and manage accounts. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, order identifier, amount, payment status, and refund outcome. They are used to activate entitlements, verify transactions, and handle after-sales support. Plan usage and reset status are used for billing and are not website browsing history. Diagnostic descriptions or attachments submitted through a support ticket are used only to resolve the issue concerned. Before submitting them, remove sensitive information such as passwords and subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Status

VPNZW does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, accessed content, or DNS query history, or create a list of destination addresses linked to an account. Bank-grade encryption protects data in transit, but does not replace device security practices or change how destination websites handle data.

Temporary connection state needed to forward traffic is used to maintain communication only while a connection is active and is released when the connection ends. It is not retained as a persistent connection log. Account authentication, order records, and aggregated traffic usage are service management data and do not include details of individual network visits. If client diagnostic information is needed to investigate an issue, requests should be limited to what is necessary to address it and should not include complete browsing records.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button clicks so we can identify broken links and improve content. Analytics are limited to pages and actions on this site. They are not used to track other websites accessed through international routes and should not include passwords or subscription credentials.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and store necessary interface settings. Login credentials may be saved in local storage so the panel can recognize a session. Logging out and clearing site data removes information stored on your device; be sure to do this on shared devices. Restricting storage may end your login session or prevent preferences from being saved, but does not directly delete account records on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

VPNZW supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by third-party payment services or the relevant transfer network, which may handle payment account details, transaction identifiers, and transaction records under their own rules. VPNZW uses order and payment results to verify entitlements. Information requested on a payment page should be submitted through the relevant payment channel.

Payment providers' data retention rules are independent of this policy. Deleting a VPNZW account does not mean their transaction records are also deleted. VPNZW does not sell account data. Where disclosure is legally required, data is handled only to the extent necessary to meet applicable requirements; this is not a reason to expand the scope of data collection.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept until the periods needed for transaction verification, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations have ended. Support ticket data is deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Site analytics are used in aggregate for analysis; raw data should not be kept indefinitely.

To access, correct, or delete your data, log in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. VPNZW will verify account ownership and explain the outcome. Deletion may affect login, access to subscriptions, and after-sales checks. Transaction data that must be retained by law will be restricted to the necessary purposes and removed when the retention requirement no longer applies.

Policy Updates and Questions

Policy revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to collection purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained through a site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Where consent is required by law, it will be requested separately; updating this page does not replace that process.

Submit privacy questions and data requests through a user panel support ticket. Describe the feature concerned and the assistance you need; do not attach a password or complete subscription credentials. For service use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service.
