Service Scope

VPNZW provides international routes and cross-border connectivity, with coverage in 90+ countries and 150+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Available routes and client access details are shown in the user panel. Sign-in is required to retrieve a subscription.

A subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Bank-grade encryption helps protect connections but does not replace device security practices. Access to third-party services remains subject to their regional rules and account policies.

Accounts and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; get started with a username and password. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, and do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If they are exposed or used unexpectedly, update any credentials that can be changed promptly and explain the situation in a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time for the account holder's own use. This does not permit sharing an account or subscription link with others. Reselling, renting, splitting, or sharing a subscription to provide the service to others is not allowed without authorization.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances, and review the billing method and order details before placing an order.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region involved in your use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious software, network attacks, fraud, or unauthorized data collection.

You may not disrupt routes or other users' normal use through automated abuse, abnormal requests, or other means, or use the service to harm third-party systems. You are responsible for your actions and the content you publish. This service does not grant access rights to any third-party system.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the destination website. Maintenance, carrier changes, or changes to third-party services may result in route changes, speed fluctuations, or temporary interruptions. VPNZW does not guarantee continuous access to specific websites, fixed speeds, or uninterrupted service.

If you encounter an issue, consult the troubleshooting guide or submit a support ticket describing the problem. Back up important data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this service is not liable for indirect losses caused by decisions made by third-party platforms, user configuration errors, or events beyond its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where required by law.

Refund Requests and Processing

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel, including the refund request and the relevant order so the payment record can be verified. You do not need to provide a reason related to your experience using the service.

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund processing involves order verification and payment channel procedures. Progress updates will be provided through the support ticket; no fixed arrival time is promised. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. If additional information is needed for verification, it will be limited to details related to the order.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or continued disruption of the service, VPNZW may suspend relevant connections or terminate account services based on the risk involved. Temporary protective measures may also be taken if account credentials are exposed. If you dispute an action, you may request a review through a support ticket. Account actions do not remove any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page along with an updated date. Important changes affecting subscriptions or user rights will be communicated through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments for orders already accepted. If you have questions about updated terms or do not accept future service arrangements, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket.
