International access and service principles
VPNZW provides a network acceleration service for people who need access to international websites, AI tools and remote collaboration. Its network spans 90+ countries and 150+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, and allows unlimited simultaneous connections.
Choosing a route
Start with what you need, then choose an exit region. For meetings and collaboration, look for a stable connection. For AI tools, consider the exit region and access requirements. For streaming, check each platform’s regional rules.
VPNZW recommends comparing routes during the times you actually use them, taking your local network and client status into account. Network coverage shows the range of available choices; your experience depends on your connection.

If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status, client settings and local network, then try other routes. The troubleshooting guide organizes checks by symptom to help identify issues with website access, subscription updates or background connections.
If you still need help, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Include your device’s operating system, client name, the time the issue occurred and any error messages. Hide passwords and subscription links in screenshots. The service offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for details.
